OSNEL SAINT JACQUES

Osnel Saint Jacques is a CPI (Candidate to the Engineering Profession), performance coach, and motivational author whose life took a dramatic turn after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Instead of seeing it as the end of his ambitions, he chose to transform his pain into power — becoming a voice of strength, resilience, and purpose for people around the world.

With a background in electromechanical engineering and a degree in business administration, Osnel built his career in maintenance and reliability engineering, focusing on optimizing systems and improving performance. When Parkinson’s entered his life, he applied the same principles to himself — developing a mindset rooted in discipline, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Through his book Invincible, Osnel shares a raw and deeply human journey of struggle, acceptance, and triumph. His story is not about illness — it’s about the unstoppable force of the human spirit.

Today, he uses his voice and experience to inspire others to rebuild confidence, maintain hope, and pursue greatness no matter their circumstances.

As a certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach, he helps individuals develop both physical and mental resilience — proving that strength is not the absence of struggle, but the courage to rise above it.

“My mission is to show that Parkinson’s doesn’t define me — it refines me.

And through that, I help others discover their own invincibility.”

Osnel currently lives in Gatineau, Canada, where he continues to write, coach, and inspire a growing community of people committed to becoming invincible in their own lives.
